Payment Methods:
Visa and MasterCard through the cart. (NOTE: Charge card minimum $25.00) Check, Money Order, or PayPal also accepted through telephone or Email orders.
We gladly accept your checks; however, in the event your check is returned, your account will be debited electronically for the face amount and fees allowed by your state. Due to numerous recent non-payments, we will no longer ship items until payment is received.
We also offer Gift Certificates; however, please note the expiration date on the certificate. Expired certificates will not be honored(except where allowed by law).

Shipping Policy:
We use US Postal Service, UPS, or FedEx for all shipments, domestic or international. There is a minimal handling charge. NOTE: Shipping charges are not automatically calculated at checkout. We will choose the quickest and least expensive rate, but please provide us with an Email address if we have any questions.

Return Policy:
We will accept returns on any item, for any reason as long as the following conditions are met:
• Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase and must be accompanied by original packaging material and accessories. We will not accept returns after 30 days of purchase.
• Returned items must be returned clean and free of animal residue, or we may refuse to issue credit.
• Customer is responsible for all shipping charges on returned items unless we shipped a damaged or incorrect item. In order to return an item, you must first obtain a Returned Inventory Authorization Number. To do so, please email us with the reason for the return. You will then be provided with a number which must be marked clearly on the outside of the shipping carton. Items returned without a number will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Canceling An Order:
Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled; however, it can be returned. Please see our return policy for instructions on how to return an item or order. Emailing a cancellation does not always work, as it could get inadvertently deleted by firewall software. Please call to cancel an already placed order. Orders not paid for within 15 days will be automatically cancelled.

Address Corrections:
When placing your order, please verify that your shipping address is complete and correct. An incorrect shipping address will delay your package and will cause the shipping carrier to charge us a $5 address correction fee on each box shipped to that incorrect address. In order to recover the cost of the correction, we will charge your credit card the amount of the address correction.
